appartamento pulito ,ma il terrazzo era in condizioni pessima: sporco ,mal tenuto e nono ho trovato una scopaper poterlo pulire personalmente. inoltre pomello porta camera da letto rotto e vari appendi abiti staccati dal muro. il tavolo fuori sul terrazzo quasi inutilzzabile a causa del legno mal ridotto.

The advertisement mentioned a separate toilet. This is not the case. The carpet in the living room was literally soaked with dog hair. The vacuum cleaner was full to bursting point, it didn't suck anything and stank! We had to change her bag even though there was none in the apartment. It was provided by the Foncia agency. Hence the back and forth, a waste of time, and repeated irritations... We also had to ask the Foncia agency (very friendly staff by the way!) for the disposable sheets that had been forgotten, to put on the tired fabric sheets that they must have known better days... And let's look at the dusty state of rattan furniture, as well as the overloading of perfectly useless objects that clutter up a space that is quite small overall. The observation is obvious: the control visits during the successive departures of the tenants are a vast joke and bring the nice result previously described.
