Vacation rental in Sète: Spacious 30m2 ground-floor studio on elevated floor (with elevator) in luxury residence with swimming pool (open from June 01 to September 30) + loggia overlooking the pool. 250 m from the beach and 250 m from shops in the new Villeroy district. The living room features a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, storage space and bunk beds. Shower room (basin, shower and toilet). The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, multifunction microwave, washing machine, table and chairs. Private parking space n°7. Pets allowed 30€.
