It´s perfectly located, in less than 150 meters you can find supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, bars and shops and surf schools. Situated in the Cícer area, the apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach and sports such as surfing, paddle surfing, bodyboarding and kayaking. In addition, it´s a 5-minute walk from the main shopping center of the city: Las Arenas and less than 100 meters from the bus stop.
It´s located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. As for equipment, it has an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, 1 fan and 1 TV.
