This villa is located in a very tranquil spot between Alcudia and Pollensa, just a five minute drive to the beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa and the same to the lovely old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia, with their wide selection of restaurants and cafés.
There is another 4 bedroom villa a short walk away called Villa Aubellons for those interested in 2 closely located houses. There is a gated driveway up to this villa, which is set in lovely mature gardens with citrus fruit trees and a lawn area around the swimming pool. There is a sunbathing patio area by the pool, and a small rooftop terrace and an outside shower room.
The views from the house are really nice, across the Bay of Pollensa and the Formentor Peninsula.
Inside, the villa is all on one level. The villa is of simple, traditional style with whitewashed walls and tiled floors. There is an open-plan lounge/ dining room with satellite television, dvd and cd player. The kitchen is open with American style breakfast bar and fully equipped with modern facilities.
There is one double bedroom with a new en-suite shower bathroom, and three further twin bedrooms sharing another full bathroom. All the bedrooms have been fitted with modern air-conditioning units.
