A little cosy countryside villa situated next to a villa residential area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. It is placed for making the most of the countryside life. It has lush gardens with views towards the mountains and a very Majorcan charm with wooden ceiling beams, bright lights and nice furnishings.
The villa has everything that small families or friends are looking for in a holiday. It has an airy open plan sitting room with a comfortable sofa and satellite Tv, and the kitchen and dining area are spacious and with enough room for six people. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the third one is on the upper floor. There are three further bathrooms, one of them en suite.
Outside there is an attractive pool that takes centre stage giving way to a paved surround which is furnished with sun loungers perfectly positioned to stick on sunglasses, run on sun lotion and immerse yourself in a good book. There is also a delightful shaded terrace area furnished with table and chairs. This lovely sun-dappled spot is perfect for keen cooks who want to make use of the built-in barbecue and enjoy al-fresco meals.
The villa is a great spot for exploring too. The nearby beach of Puerto Pollensa is superb for swimming and sunbathing and the traditional town of Pollensa, with its shops and restaurants, is a short drive away.
