A charming villa in a superb location, approximately 700 metres walk down to the historic centre of Pollensa and its beautiful square with a great selection of restaurants.
The villa also enjoys splendid views of the local countryside around Pollensa, especially the Puig de Maria mountain and its monastery. The mature gardens and outdoor barbecue & kitchen area are the perfect spot to soak up these views whilst sunbathing around the swimming pool or preparing an al fresco meal.
Inside the house there is a large lounge dining area with high beamed ceilings. There are two sofas with the Tv and indoor dining table with chairs for six. There is also a patio door leading to the covered terrace.
This being a one storey property the bedrooms are also at ground floor level. They consist of one double, one twin and a single room which all have access to a full bathroom and a shower bathroom. There is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine and a marble topped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and the usual modern appliances.
The villa is an ideal holiday retreat with wonderful mountain views, set in lovely gardens yet still a short walk to the restaurants of the Old Town of Pollensa.
