Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Small balcony 3 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the garden, the port and the bay. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra).     Apartment not up to electrical standards, new oven not usable because too powerful. Bathroom sink clogged, lino coming off, electric plugs coming out of the wall, no soundproofing, cleaning not done.......the description does not correspond to reality.

    This apartment would have everything to please. Spacious, really well located (close to all amenities and very close to the sea) and dreamy view on a very spacious balcony. An investment would be highly recommended for various things including: some extra kitchen utensils, updating the electrical installation (which is scary, sockets hanging etc), some mattresses as well as changing the lino which is very worn, torn and mouldy in some places. For us, the lack of access to the lift was a great handicap. When we arrived, the apartment was dirty and they had forgotten to give us the key to the car park gate, the reception at the agency was not great at all, from start to finish... Several things were unusable, a broken drawer, a toilet paper holder that fell off by itself, a new oven that was unusable because it was too powerful for the electrical installation... In short, many small details including some mattresses that were not really comfortable.... Apart from that the apartment and its location is TOP to do everything on foot. Badly soundproofed but frankly in holidays one is so tired that the noise does not prevent from sleeping....
