Enjoy a fun-filled and relaxing day outside the house under its covered terrace that faces the pool and has ample sitting and dining setups. Inside, guests are welcomed into a spacious and comfortable living area. The bright and well-ventilated room is furnished with a sofa set, a dining area and a flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen overlooks the garden and has a refreshing ambiance. The villa is well-served and perfect as an accommodation choice. Amenities like restaurants, shops, train station and supermarket are hardly 500 meters from the house. Lake Lugano is only 7 minutes' walk away where guests can enjoy the delights of a beach vacation. Golf Club Lugano is about 3 minutes’ drive away.
About 1.4 kilometers from the house is Zoo al Maglio, a wonderful family destination. Another delightful place to visit in the region is Chocolat Alprose, a museum that takes visitors from the very first steps of making chocolate to final packaging. The entire area is filled with the sweet aroma of chocolate.
Nature lovers love to explore the landscape through the various hiking trails around Magliaso. The nearest airport is about 84 kilometers away. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2024 to the 15th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 600CHF has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
