In the heart of the Breton marshes, bathed in nature, total relaxation A detached barn entirely renovated with passion, located near the owners' house, in the heart of the typical Breton marsh landscape. Pond at the foot of the gîte's terrace (partially secured), shared with the owners, 1 ha of unenclosed outdoor space, with superb views over the marshes.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan workshop-style kitchen (induction hob).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with en-suite shower room/wc (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 3 90x190 beds). Washing machine and dryer in outside room.
Additional equipment: wifi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD, baby equipment.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen (€40 for double bed and €20 for each single bed), towels (€20 per person), compulsory cleaning fee (€85) and tourist tax.
