Le Clos du Ravy is a self-catering cottage located in the Petite Cité de Caractère of Piriac, in the quiet of a typical village, 800 m from the sea and 300 m from an aquatic center. 250 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers (private parking).
Ground floor: living/dining room (convertible 140x190) with open-plan kitchen, separate toilet, storeroom with shower room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: radio/CD, DVD player, complete baby equipment.
Electricity included.
Not included: electric heating (9€/d: from Oct. 15 to April 30), bed linen (7€/person), towels (7€/person) and tourist tax. Pet: 7€/day (deposit 150€).
