Le Clos de Kervin is a traditional, renovated, semi-detached house located in the small, typical village of Kervin in Piriac sur Mer, in a calm, relaxing setting, 500 m from the sea, 2 km from shops and 12 km from Guérande.
2 enclosed courtyards: 1 of 45 m² (south) + 1 of 17 m² (north), with parking facilities. Adjoining outbuilding with washing machine.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room and separate WC. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 80x190 + extra bed 80x190 for child). Additional equipment: freezer, baby chair/bath, stereo, DVD player.
Included: wood.
Not included: electric heating, bed linen (21€/bed), towels (8€/p/week) and tourist tax.
Small pets accepted (on request).
