Gite located near the village of Autoire, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, about 50 m2, in an old house entirely renovated, no smoking, furnished, fully equipped kitchen, with mixed gas and electricity stove, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, new sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom upstairs, terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Living room and bathroom accessible by wheelchair. Free access to internet by cable or Wifi offering a good flow, possibility to watch TV by internet on your computer. Heating by electric convectors and wood stove (wood not provided). Electric hot water production. Linen not provided. Animals not accepted. Very quiet, sunny, beautiful view on Autoire, close to Padirac, Rocamadour, St Céré with its summer music festival, canoeing and swimming in the Dordogne, climbing spot, waterfall, many hikes from the gite... not to mention the many castles, caves and the famous regional gastronomy!

In principle, we only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
Gas, electricity (in summer) and water included. Tourist tax not included.
Possibility of monthly stay with a preferential rate for people on business trips for example. Do not hesitate to contact us.
