This exclusive villa is located next to the golf Vall d’Or with a beautiful views over the sea and just 700 meters away from the golf 'Vall d′or', one of the most exclusive golfs of the island. Also the villa is just two minutes away from the beautiful town of Portocolom. famous for its beauty and restaurants, it is really a beautiful town.
The villa has 500 square meters, is distributed in two levels.In each level there is a wonderful living room with an open fire.
The villa has six suites with sat tv and its own bathroom, three of them with a hidromassage bath . The bathrooms are also provided with a fan and bathrope.

A paradisiacal garden, with lawns, native plants, small paths that lead to cosy corners where to sit in the sun or in the shade with a very elegant swimming pool of 18 meters and the solarium terrace with high quality sun loungers, has an outdoor shower and a modern jacuzzi to enjoy a relaxing bath in the open air.On one side of the porch there is a modern outdoor lounge, another with a dining table, a chill out area and in another area there is a built-in barbecue.
This villa is ideal to spend your vacations in company of your friends and family,also is ideal for events and weeddings.
