Private: natural garden 640 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 9 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: burglar alarm system, washing machine, drying room. Shop, grocery 650 m, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 300 m, bar, bakery, café 500 m, sandy beach "La Galiote" 550 m pebble beach "Calanque des Romains" 800 m, park "Areca" 600 m, diving center 1 km.
