Description of the region
Located in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees, Font-Romeu dominates the Cerdagne plateau, a high wooded and green valley, by its many pine forests. Famous winter sports resort, Pyrénées 2000 welcomes you on a modern and recent ski area : alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledging...
There are 40 slopes in the Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 area, the resort is open from December 2017 to April 2018. A beginner's area allows novices to learn to ski in peace, and for the more "in shape" a boarder cross and a dual slalom await you. As for cross-country skiing, there are 111 km of marked cross-country ski trails, with fun sports trails to enjoy the superb winter landscape.

You will enjoy a comfortable and warm accommodation, for 6 people, located in the heart of the forest, ideal for winter vacations with your family. The Huttopia chalets in Font-Romeu have been specially designed for winter needs, they have a wood stove, auxiliary heaters and plenty of storage space. On the terrace of your wooden chalet, you can store your skis in the rack provided (we give you the key to the lock on arrival).
First floor: a kitchenette with sink, gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Bodum coffee maker. Dining area with a table (4 chairs + 2 stools). Living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and wood stove. Bedroom with double bed 140x200cm. Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine (ideal for children's play area) with sofa bed for 2 persons. A bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190cm.
