Beautiful private residence on 5 000 m² composed of 10 individual houses separated from each other by hedges and shrubs. The EBL401 is tastefully furnished and extends over 2 floors - it has a maximum capacity of 6 people - while the EBL400 located on the ground floor can accommodate up to 4 people. Nice communal swimming pool to share with the occupants of the other houses. In the basement there is a bodega with bar, kitchen and a large relaxation room with table tennis and table football. The owner, who lives in one of the houses, will gladly give information about local life and possible activities. The photos are examples of the layout of the houses. The size and decoration of the parts of the EBL400 are slightly different. Moraira is a small picturesque village by the sea. This former fishing village with its pretty little town centre, creeks and sandy beaches has kept its authenticity despite the tourist traffic. A visit to the famous seaside resort of Calpe where you can admire the immense Penon de Ifach (332 m high peak). Access to the summit is by a tunnel through the rock face and then by a path. Also worth seeing in this resort: the old town and the coast as well as the salt lake where you can observe many species of migratory birds including flamingos. Take a detour north and visit Javea and its picturesque old town, nestled on the southern flank of Montgo Mountain. A beautiful hiking trail passing through the north of the city and the summit of Montgo (753 m) will also allow you to discover the monuments of the city.
