Apartment located 70 meters from the beach, near the central square of Canet plage, close to all shops and restaurants, in a quiet street. the apartment has been redone. it is clean and consists of a large bedroom, a living room and dining room with television and two sofa beds + a bunk bed for a child over 6 years old, a closed loggia that can be opened very well, a bathroom with a shower in the bathtub and a separate toilet.
