Vacation with the whole family in Friedrichskoog on the North Sea.
This charming roof-only house is situated in a cul-de-sac location and has an unobstructed view of the North Sea dike and the fields from the garden. A playground is only 100 m away. The cozy cottage has a living / dining area with fireplace, a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Outside there is a carport and another small arbor where you can store bicycles or similar. The garden and the wooden terrace invite you to stay. There is garden furniture in sufficient number. nThe garden furniture is available from Easter to mid-October.
Friedrichskoog is conveniently located in the southern part of the UNESCO Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. The romantic fishing and bathing resort with healthy North Sea air is ideal for a vacation with children. The beach is shallow and well supervised. There is a large pirate playground, the indoor playground 'Willi Wal' and of course the seal station. In addition, there are many cycling and hiking trails to discover the North Sea coast for yourself in peace. Friedrichskoog is also suitable as a starting point for mudflat walks or day trips to all the highlights on the coast, or excursions to the islands and Halligen.
***As part of the necessary dike reinforcement, the dike in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will receive a new profile from April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 to withstand the demands of climate change. The bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze is NOT usable during the entire construction period.
The spa park will also be redesigned starting in the fall of 2023 and additional offerings will be added. These include, for example, a widened dike crest path, spacious terraces including a panorama box, and a dike and park grandstand with seating steps for lingering. From spring 2024, the completed event and play area of the spa park is expected to offer a varied alternative to the bathing beach.
Friedrichskoog will become even more attractive for you - unfortunately, this will not be possible without noise, dirt and path restrictions. We ask for your understanding!
