A nice little house with a beautiful well-kept garden and a secure swimming pool in a residential area, located 200 m from the road linking Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The beautiful sandy beach of Alcudia Bay is close by car. The rental is particularly requested by families with children because its swimming pool is secure. A modern kitchen, pleasant furnishings and comfortable garden furniture will inspire you. The comfortable living room has a fireplace.
