This lovely apartment, located in a building with lift in front of the Grand Canal, is a mix between two style: Venetian way and modernity.
Its location is strategic, it is a great starting point for exploring the city as it's close to many vaporetto stops that will take you to St Mark’s Square, Rialto, Lido, or directly to the airport. It is also great for short stays, as it is located 350m from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station.
The Santa Croce district is also one of the most characteristic and residential of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the intimacy of home, you will find a supermarket at 400m.
Furnished in warm tones of wood and navy blue, with refined furnishings, it consists of living room with sofa bed and dining table, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. It is also equipped with all amenities such as wi-fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, TV, as well as all appliances and kitchen utensils.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.
