Close to the main roads leading to Le Puy-en-Velay and the Allier gorges, this gîte is ideally located for "touring" the southern Auvergne!
The hamlet of Belmont is quiet and welcoming, and safe for children.
Adjoining another gîte, it has a pleasant, enclosed courtyard with flowers and a shaded terrace.
The special feature of this gîte, and what makes it a real asset, is the third bedroom, accessed via the terrace, which enjoys total independence (ideal for teenagers!). The entrance hall leads to a fully-equipped kitchen and a TV lounge area.
Upstairs, a bedroom completes the ground floor.
On the 2nd floor, 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Nearby: all shops and services in Paulhaguet (10 min. drive).
Discover the Allier Valley and Lavoûte-Chilhac (priory, museums, supervised swimming in summer, canoe/kayak hire), Ally and its mills or mine, Brioude and its Basilica, the Allier Gorges train, the character villages of Saint-Ilpize and Chilhac, Lavaudieu, Plus Beau Village de France.
