This detached house is a restored former mill on the edge of the village and the Virlange stream. In a quiet, pleasant setting, you'll enjoy the terrace (50 m²) and the walled but unfenced grounds (150 m²).
Near Saugues (8.5 km): all outdoor activities (swimming in ecological lake, mountain biking, fishing, hiking), Beast of Gévaudan museum, English Tower, weekly market, all shops and services, summer festivals. First floor (recently enlarged and made wheelchair-accessible): large living room/kitchen with sitting area (flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove), shower room with walk-in shower, WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), laundry room with freezer and additional fridge.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 x 140 beds, 2 x 90 bunk beds), shower room, wc.
Services included in rental price:
- Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair.
- Wood for stove provided free of charge.
Additional services to be subscribed to when booking or on site with the owner:
- Cleaning package: €50 (an equivalent deposit will be requested)
- Sheet hire: €8
- Electric heating extra according to consumption.
A deposit of €250 will be required on arrival.
