Pretty gîte located in a quiet village halfway between Montargis and Pithiviers.
Situated 20mns from the towns of Montargis and Pithiviers, 45mns from Fontainebleau, 1h from Orléans and 1h30 from Paris, it's ideal for your vacation as a couple or for business trips. 2-room duplex apartment with separate entrance and private enclosed garden. It comprises, on the ground floor, a fully-equipped living room (TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi, fixed sofa) with fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, electric coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, multiple kitchen utensils, etc... ). Bathroom with bath and WC.
The 1st floor comprises 2 bedrooms, one with a 140*190 bed, wardrobe, dressing table and baby's cot, and a second with 3 90*190 beds, a folding 80*190 bed, wardrobe, chest and 2 bedside tables.
A private outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
For your convenience, water, electricity, heating and bed linen are included in the rental price.
Shops are located 3kms and 8kms away.
The owners live on site and offer other accommodation adjoining the gîte.
