This Berrichonne farmhouse can accommodate up to 12 people for family get-togethers or get-togethers with friends. Set in 3500 m² of grounds planted with trees and flowers, with a covered terrace, you'll find a swing set, a slide, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, a brick barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. First floor: entrance - fitted kitchen - living/dining room (TV, fireplace) - 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 cot) - separate wc - shower room.
First floor: landing with reading area - 3 bedrooms (3 double beds + 1 pull-out bed) - 1 bedroom (4 single beds, TV) - separate wc - shower room.

On the A71, exit towards Vierzon. Pass through Vatan, Guilly then Rouvres-les-Bois. Leave Rouvres-les-Bois in the direction of Valençay. Before entering Valençay, turn left at the "Sermoise" sign (Gîtes de France sign). The gîte is the first house on the left, 300 m away.
On the A20 :
a) Exit towards Vatan. Go through Vatan, Guilly then Rouvres-les-Bois.
b) Exit towards Issoudun. Go through Levroux.
Exit Rouvres-les-Bois (a) or Levroux (b) towards Valençay. Before entering Valençay, turn left at the "Sermoise" sign (Gîtes de France sign). The gîte is the first house on the left, 300 m away.
