This spacious farmhouse can accommodate 10 people and offers a wide range of activities: table tennis, portico, slides, pétanque court, bike hire... This air-conditioned gîte in the heart of nature awaits you for a pleasant vacation or weekend, or for family meals or gatherings with friends in its large living room. Terraces on two sides of the gite, one of which is covered by a bioclimatic pergola, and 5000 m² of grounds planted with trees and flowers.
First floor: living room / fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) - lounge - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - shower room - wc.
First floor: landing with reading area - 1 bedroom (1 x 160 m bed and a crib) - 1 bedroom (1 x 2-person bed and 1 x 1-person bed) - shower room with wc. Independent mezzanine (1 double bed and 1 single bed).
Outside: a magnificent bio-climatic pergola to enjoy the outdoors even in shoulder season. For fun: table soccer, ping-pong table, swing, slides, pétanque pitch, bike hire...
