Plus: in the heart of the vineyards, tasting of the owners' wines and children's porch. House in a hamlet with private enclosed plot (with right of way) at front and courtyard.
GROUND FLOOR: kitchen/living room - 1 bedroom (1 double bed or 2 single beds, 1 single bed, 1 crib) - wc - shower room (Italian shower) - laundry room.
UPSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms, each with private shower room and wc (2 double beds and convertible 2-person sofa in one bedroom) - small lounge (reading area).
Electric heating and free wood.
Baby equipment: cot, folding bed, bathtub, high chair, changing table.
