Breakfast included self-service and Id documents required for law, 1,50 of sejourn tax obbligatory. 1,50 tourist tax required (1,50 per day per room per guest) to be paid for the first 5 days even if the reservation is more nights.

The apartment is rented per room, guests use shared bathroom and kitchen, it is not a holiday home, it has a tourist trail and room and breakfast formula so the price includes breakfast. Parking under balcony is freepay.
It is designed for stays of up to 29 days, you are subject to registration on the three portals including that of the police headquarters, and you are also subject to the payment of the tourist tax of 1.50 per person for every room for the first 5 days for this, your documents are required for which a receipt and receipt is issued of payment.
