Situated on the third floor our flat has a wonderful view on the sea and the mountains.
You can get to the beach easily with no street to cross.
It is prepared for two persons :
One bedroom with a bed 140/190 cm, a bathroom with a shower, WC.
In the main room you fond a kitchenette, a dining table, and a TV salon with sofa and armchair.
This room opens on the terrasse which overlooks on the beach.
The résidence is closed and surveid with a swimming pool and a parking.
Saint Cyprien is close to Spain, 30 minutes, and to Perpignan, Collioure, Argelès-sur-Mer...
You find a supérette at five minutes on foot from the appartment and a centre commercial AT about 600 m.
Saint Cyprien harbour IS at 1 km from les Capitelles with many shops and restaurants.
