Le Vieux Pressoir is an old winegrower's farmhouse (1840/1850) restored in keeping with tradition.
This 300 m², air-conditioned, character gîte is located in a small, peaceful village in the heart of the mirabelle plum orchards of the Côtes de Meuse, in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Nature Park, in the immediate vicinity of Lac de Madine, the Butte de Montsec and the Saint-Mihiel salient.
The interior design perfectly matches the architecture. Flamande, exposed beams and stonework, open hearth fireplace, stone sink, authentic wine press, bread oven and piano all contribute to the authenticity of this place. It's an ideal place to relax and get together with family and friends.

Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, 5-burner stove, opening onto a vast cathedral living room (fireplace, TV, DVD player) with direct access to a flower-filled inner courtyard, a haven of peace (garden furniture, deckchairs, BBQ, outdoor games).
Half-floor: accessed via a sunny landing, 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) + shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: vast relaxation area with billiard and golf table, 3 warmly themed bedrooms: le Tendelin 1 bed 140x200 + 1 bed 120x190, le Fouloir 2 beds 90x200, le Pressoir 1 bed 160x200, bathroom and 2 washbasins, separate WC confirm this pleasant feeling of comfort and tranquility.
A mezzanine gives access to the reading and games area, with 3 90x190 beds.
In all: 1 large living room and several air-conditioned relaxation areas.
