Everything was dirty, cupboard door handles sticky,... filthy crockery, the cleaning hadn't been done, and neither had the inventory as a list was missing which I passed on to reception. Apartment in need of refurbishment The occupants are not just summer guests. Accommodation for migrants I absolutely do not recommend it, a disaster despite the good will of the reception.

The "campus" is very old, the reception area has been renovated, but all the accommodation and common areas are unkempt and ageing. There's no signpost for the garbage can, and like everything else, it's unkempt, with piles of garbage outside the containers. The pool is clean but only has one slide. We didn't get a schedule because there was no entertainment. Emergency exit not usable or not complying with regulations, as it can't be opened in a single action! Too many comments on the whole and can damage LOCASUN's image.

The pool is charmless and, above all, infested with hornets. In 1h30 spent by the pool, 3 children were stung. The accommodation is equally charmless: it's all about practicality. The residence resembles a housing estate.
