On the outskirts of Laval, this gîte is a true haven of peace with its 1000 m² of wooded grounds, its 7300 m² lake, its animals (ponies and donkey) and its facilities (swing, pétanque court...).
You'll enjoy the peace and quiet and an exceptional view over the green Mayenne countryside.
The private pond, 330 m from the gîte, is a fisherman's paradise, offering carp, roach and tench. As an added bonus, there's an annex next to the gîte with a sink and fridge, ideal for storing and preparing fish.
For your entertainment, the town of Laval is just 10 minutes away, with shops, museums, attractions and entertainment all year round.
Local shops and services in Louverné (3.5 km), numerous hiking and mountain bike trails nearby, Val de Jouanne leisure center 7 km away with pedal-boat hire, Saulges climbing site 20 km away, golf course 10 km away, Jublains Gallo-Roman site 30 km away.

Your accommodation - LEVEL 0: 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, oven, toaster) - dining area with large bay window opening onto terrace - living room with sofa bed, 2 armchairs, storage space, coffee table, TV.
LEVEL 1: 2 bedrooms - 1 family room with a double bed 140*190 +2 bunk beds 90*190, mirror, cupboard - 1 bedroom with a double bed 140*190, storage space - shower room with shower tray, hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack - separate toilet.
