Le Pré des îles offers an exceptional setting for fishing and relaxing. Ideal for families or groups of friends, with facilities fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (fishing pontoon, entire ground floor with bedroom and bathroom (Italian shower, adapted toilet).
The setting is green and natural! You'll be able to watch the animals, squirrels, deer, rabbits... listen to the birds singing!
Experience the pleasure of putting down your rod and watching over it in the comfort of your own home!
To complete your fishing experience, you also have access to the Futaie, a category 1 river with trout (please bring your fishing card).
The pond is private, approx. 600m² in size and ~80 cm deep. Fish: carp, tench, roach and a few pike.
As for the gîte, you'll appreciate the spaciousness of the living areas and bedrooms. Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room with TV 35m² opening onto the 46m² sheltered terrace and 17m² winter garden. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90*190, shower room with large walk-in shower and accessible toilet. 1st floor: mezzanine with lounge and TV 33m², 1 bedroom 18m² with 1 bed 160*190 and en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom 23m² with 2 beds 90*190, office, separate wc, separate bathroom.

Professional stay: 5 people maximum. Cleaning and bed linen compulsory. 1 cleaning per stay from 1 to 14 nights.
Don't miss Pontmain, a pilgrimage town linked to the apparition of the Virgin Mary, and its magnificent cathedral, 6km away. Fougères castle and medieval town 14km away.
