You'll fall under the spell of this large stone house, fully renovated and fitted out for your vacation or business stays, with WIFI access.
The living room with its large fireplace, TV and piano invites you to enjoy the moment. As you dine, you can admire the countryside through a picture window.
The kitchen opens onto the veranda on one side, and the living room on the other.
The bedrooms are upstairs, with a very large bathroom featuring a large bathtub and walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have been fitted out, and if required, another room, currently used as an office, can be used as an additional bedroom.
For your leisure, the gîte is just a few minutes from the center of Andouillé, a charming town laid out with gentle lanes, access to the Mayenne towpath, and play and swimming areas.
Andouillé offers all essential services and shops (bakery, restaurants including fast food, doctor, mini-market...). At 1.8km, access by road and footpath.
Laval is only 10 minutes away: its Christmas lights, naive art museum, towpath, historic city center with château. Your accommodation comprises: ground floor: fitted kitchen 21m², living room 35m², veranda overlooking the countryside 14m², separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 140cm bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 x 140cm bed each (1 with washbasin), 20m² bathroom/shower.
Additional charges based on meter reading, payable to owners.
Television and wifi available. Beds made on arrival, towels and baby equipment provided. Also suitable for teleworking.
Cleaning is optional at €65 (compulsory for professionals). One cleaning per stay from 1 to 14 nights.
Pets not accepted.
