With its large living rooms, vast semi-enclosed garden and upstairs games room (table soccer, punching bag, multi-games table, etc.), this gîte is sure to make your stay a convivial one. To complete the picture, there are plenty of musical instruments to liven up your evenings.
Equidistant from Rennes and Angers (1h), its location will enable you to visit Brittany and Anjou.
Nearby activities: river fishing 300m from the gîte (FFP fishing card). La Rincerie water sports center 6 km away (windsurfing, canoeing, mini golf, hiking, mountain biking), as well as the St-Aubin-de-Pouancé water sports center with inflatable water sports (Natur'O Loisirs).
While you're in the countryside, you can take advantage of the farm store run by the owners: your meals from aperitif to coffee will be catered for, with local and artisanal products...
