1h south of Paris, an old barn has been renovated into a large, very comfortable gîte, with exposed stonework and beams, making it a beautiful country house. The house is located in a hamlet, in a quiet location with unobstructed views over the plain, close to the owners but independent, enclosed garden. Access via A77, 10 kms from Montargis, Ferrières, in the heart of the Gâtinais region with numerous day trips. GROUND FLOOR: living room, sitting area and open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 beds 90x190 and one with 1 bed 140x190), shower room (walk-in shower, basin), separate toilet.
FLOOR: mezzanine area with desk, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room, separate wc.
OUTSIDE, enclosed grounds with private terrace and garden furniture, barbecue, children's swing. Vehicle parking on the property (gated access).
3 adult bicycles are at the owner's disposal.
Electricity and heating included. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Towels available for hire at extra cost. Cleaning package, compulsory for companies, 60€. No facilities for people with reduced mobility.
