Come and discover the Gâtinais, in the north of the Loiret region, 1 hour from Paris, in a relaxing setting with views over the surrounding countryside. This contemporary single-storey house is located in the center of the hamlet, with an unfenced lawn area. You'll be in the heart of the Gâtinais, 45 minutes from Fontainebleau and the Loire Valley, ideal for discovering the diversity of the Loiret region. Everything is on the first floor, with an entrance hall, separate toilet, large living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, lounge with TV, 2 bedrooms with 2 140 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds close together and 2 90 cm bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed. 2 bedrooms are equipped with shower and washbasin, 1 separate bathroom with toilet.
Large garage in enclosed hangar with games (table tennis, darts, basketball hoop). The hangar can also accommodate 4 or more cars.
