Come and stay in the land of wide open spaces. You'll appreciate the calm of this carefully furnished and decorated gîte. It is located on a working farm. The house is detached and overlooks the farmyard.
On the edge of the Beauce and Gâtinais regions, bordering Essonne and Seine et Marne, this gîte in northern Loiret is 1 hour from Paris, close to the Fontainebleau forest, the climbing sites of Larchant, Chamerolles castle, the medieval fortress of Yèvre-le-Châtel - one of the most beautiful villages in France - and 1h30 from the châteaux of the Loire.
The owners live 15 kilometers from the gîte. Accommodation all on first floor with entrance and separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining room, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160cm), and 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed (90cm)), shower/bathroom (shower and bath, washbasin).
Exterior: Interior farmyard with gate closed at night. Private terrace, ping-pong table, bicycles available (3 adults, 2 children). Enclosed garage (3-car capacity). Inner farmyard with gate closed at night.
