Located is in the backyard of the hyper centre, on the historical bases of an old Hotel, you will find this duplex entirely rehabilitated on the top floor and accessible by elevator.
You will feel at home in this cosy cocoon with noble and warm materials sheltered from the noise of the city.
This very luminous duplex is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with oak parquet floor, very comfortable living room, dining room. Behind a large glass roof opening onto the living room a large fully equipped kitchen with all the equipment for your short or long stays.
On a magnificent cement tile floor it has a table for 4 guests, and all the necessary equipment: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, nespresso coffee maker and filter, kettle, washing machine, large fridge etc. A shower room and a separate toilet complete this first level.
A comfortable staircase takes you to the second level "under the stars", this one is composed of a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200), and a second one with two single beds (90x190) that can be joined together if necessary.
Between the two is a bathroom in warm colours with a washbasin and bathtub. The apartment has a high-speed internet connection with wifi. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

Located in the heart of the city, between the Place de la Mairie and the Place de la République, you will have the privilege of staying close to the city's most important places. Ideally located, a multitude of choices of outings is possible: café terraces, restaurants, Opera, or the Theatre. . .
You will not have time to get bored!
Nearby from our place, you will find the Lices market, a true institution in Rennes, which welcomes local producers and numerous craftsmen and women in the food industry every Saturday morning.
For nature lovers, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces conducive to family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.
Transportation:
Located 100 m from the République metro station you will be only 5 minutes from the station. Bus lines are also available within walking distance of the building.
