With a capacity of 14 people (7 bedrooms), Villa Cassora offers 255 m² spread over 2 levels, a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 4.5mx9.5m (max. depth 1.50m - open from May to September, secured by a roller shutter), and a magnificent wooded park of over 7000 m² with a swing. The pool is heated from 01/06 to 15/09. However, if the nights are cool, the pool heating does not guarantee optimal water temperature. There are 3 west-facing terraces: a 75 m² one around the pool, a 35 m² one extending the living room, and a 40 m² covered one. On the ground floor, a luminous 70 m² living/dining/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms (1 double bed/12 m²; 1 double bed/13 m² and 2 single beds/13 m²), bathroom and WC. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed/11 m², 2 single beds/21 m², 2 single beds/14 m² and 1 double bed/21 m²) including master suite with private shower room, dormitory with playroom for children/teens, shared shower room, WC.
PREMIUM bedding: 160x200 for 2-seater beds, 90x200 for 1-seater beds. Baby equipment on request: 2 cots, folding cradle, 2 high chairs, 1 changing table, 1 playpen, 1 deckchair. Sheets and kitchen linen provided.
No smoking inside. Terrace at your disposal.
