Gîte built in 2013 in a renovated barn, located in the heart of the Marais Breton, adjoining 2 other gîtes. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160) (2 beds 90), shower room/wc accessible to disabled persons. Covered multi-jet spa (included from May to September and €100/week outside). Wifi internet access. Private enclosed grounds of 150 m² with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, 2 deckchairs). Shared: heated swimming pool (3.6x9.6m) open from May to September. The gîtes La Bourrine and La Pibole can be rented together. 4 other gîtes on site. Disabled-accessible fishing pontoon. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: 70€/stay; Sheet rental 1 pers. 10€/bed/stay; sheets 2 pers. 15€/bed/stay; bathroom linen rental: 8€/pers./stay.
Additional charges: tourist tax, electric heating: 10€/day (payable on site).
Pets: €3.50/day/pet. Tourism and Handicap label for 4 disabilities: Mental, Motor, Visual, Auditory.
