Beds made. Wifi. Other apartment on 1st floor. Private 100 m² enclosed garden to rear, terrace (garden furniture with parasol, table and chairs protected by awning, deckchairs, plancha), 12 m² garden shed. Street parking in front of the gîte. Les Sables d'Olonne center 2 km away. Heating included from 15/10 to 15/04. Sheets provided.
