The Aramis gîte, adjoining the owner's home, sleeps 10. Ground floor: large entrance hall with staircase leading to living room/kitchen (decorative fireplace), wc, bedroom (1 bed 180x190) (decorative fireplace) with separate wc and private shower room. Upstairs, you'll find 4 bedrooms (1 bed 180x190) (3 with 6 twin beds 90), a shower room with wc, a bathroom (bath and shower) with wc communicating between two bedrooms and an office area. Wifi internet access. Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and shade sail, as well as shared grounds of around 7,000m². A communal recreation room with billiards and darts is available. Access to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Gas heating included. Bed linen and towels provided.
