Very good welcome, host available and accommodating, spoke very good English. Positive: - beautiful, large house - Beautiful swimming pool, maintained daily by the host. - outdoor barbecue with large shaded table - nice soccer field One downside to the facilities in the house : - no radiator in the bedroom with the two single beds, which is in the basement and not very bright (the two young children were afraid to sleep there) -lack of cutlery, so we had to wash everything at every meal, but the dishwasher worked fine! - no microwave It's a pity that the dogs from neighboring properties are so noisy day and night. Good location: close to the beach, 40 min from Livorno and less than an hour from Pisa.
