GROUND FLOOR: An entrance porch leads to the ground floor, consisting of a reading and music room with bookcase, electronic keyboard, CD player, and a large fireplace and a small WC with washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR: The upstairs consists of a large living-room with double sofa bed, fireplace and TV; dining room with kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher; a bathroom with washing machine.
SECOND FLOOR: A stairway leads up to the second floor, in a veranda, from where you access from one side a terrace and from the other the two bedrooms with bathroom, one is a double and the other is a twin bedroom.
The second floor has air conditioning.The house is situated in the town of Lesa which is located in one of the most charming gulfs on the lake, in the town center just a few meters from Lake Maggiore, inside the medieval walls that encircle the town. Up until 1700 the house was a fishermen's residence with the latest renovation taking place in 1995, it assumed its present-day appearance. Furnished with antiques and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven. The terrace has garden furniture and is decorated with plants and flowers. The town of Lesa is situated just a few kilometres from various charming towns; Arona (9 km), where the paintings are exhibited in Villa Ponti; Stresa (10 km) where the prestigious summer Music Festival is held, sailing schools, tennis courts, golf courses and where you can reach on boat the three beautiful Borromee islands; Verbania (24 km), with the splendid gardens of Villa Taranto. In just an hour's drive you can reach Macugnaga, at the foot of Mount Rosa; 70 km from Milan and 40 from the Malpensa airport. The town has a supermarket, numerous shops of all kinds and typical restaurants.
