GROUND FLOOR of 100 m2: Comprised of a large country-style room a bathroom with shower and a kitchen.
Large garden directly overlooking the lake. The guests have a garage available to them at the beginning of the pedestrian street in the village of Orta.Orta San Giulio is among one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. You enter the village by passing through elegant 17th-18th century palaces with loggias opening up the gardens sloping down towards the lake. The wrought-iron balconies on the old slate-roof houses are particularly charming. Piazza Motta is a like a lounge, closed off on three sides by arcades lined with flourishing shops while the terraces of the cafés stretch out almost to almost touch the water's edge. The Island of San Giulio stands at about 400 m from the lake shore, it is 275 m long and 140 m wide, with a perimeter of 650 m. The majority of its surface is occupied by the Seminary building built on what remained of the ancient castle tower.
Villa Rubina is located just a short distance from the beginning of the village. The garden touches the shore of the lake and the private swimming pool looks like it flows into the lake's water. The villa is furnished with quality furniture and is equipped with car park, WI-Fi, satellite TV, Internet connection, washing machine. The guests have a garage available to them at the entrance to the town of Orta so that they are free to move around as they like.
Orta is approx. 85 km from Milan, 29 from Stresa. There are grocery shops in Orta and supermarkets in Gozzano (6 km).
