Welcome to this modern vacation home with pool.
The house is spread over two floors and will delight you with its modern furnishings and equipment. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an additional WC on the first floor next to the living room. There is also a living room, a kitchen and a dining room in an open space.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with access to a covered terrace. The living room leads to the sun deck and the pool where you can enjoy the hot summer days swimming. The covered terrace with a large fireplace and barbecue is a great place to spend time.
The surrounding area is ideal for wonderful vacation days by the sea and on the beach. The beautiful pebble beach is only about 1.5 km away and Pula is also not far away.
