It comprises a beautiful living room combining living room and fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher), all facing east and opening onto a large terrace with a pleasant view of the Puy Gros. This room has a sofa bed for 2 people.
There are also 2 bedrooms: the first with a 160cm double bed and ample storage space, the second with 2 90cm single beds and a TV screen.
Finally, a shower room and separate toilet.

The apartment also has a private garage on the ground floor.
