This bright and comfortable villa is available for your holidays in the renowned town of Torre dell’Orso. Not far from the bay with fine sand and crystal clear water, the house is located in a quiet area where it is always possible to park in the shade, thanks to the driveway with private access. The villa, perfectly equipped, pleasantly surprises from the outside with its large, perfectly manicured garden. The covered veranda is equipped with a large table with chairs, some deck chairs to relax in total privacy and let your children play safely and freely. Here we also find a bathroom with toilet and an outdoor shower, useful on your return from the beach. The bright and well-ventilated living room is equipped with air conditioning and includes: kitchen with oven, microwave, sink, large dining table, flat screen TV, refrigerator, sideboard and sofa. There are 2 bedrooms, both well furnished: the first consists of a double bed, the second has 2 single beds. There is also a single fold-out bed to be placed in the living room or in the double room. If you wish, you can access the latter directly by entering from the rear veranda. Finally, there is a second bathroom, inside the house, complete with shower and toilet. The large windows that illuminate the rooms are all equipped with mosquito nets; among the accessories of the house, we also find a washing machine and a small oven. This comfortable holiday home is perfect for 4-5 people, therefore couples, groups of friends or families with children.
