Villa Lu is a carefully restored typical Marche farmhouse that preserves the spirit of the place where it is located, the gentle hills of the Marche; it is your ideal home if you are looking for a rustic and charming accommodation. Ideal for those who want to stay in total privacy and safety, in contact with nature but close to everyone in the comfort of the town which is only a few minutes away by car and the famous beaches of Pesaro and the Monte San Bartolo Nature Reserve.
The villa offers 5 bedrooms for a total of 10 beds and is therefore the ideal solution for groups of friends and families who want to spend their holidays together.
The house is surrounded by a private and exclusive garden with many trees, fruit trees and aromatic plants that fill the air with Mediterranean scents and colors and a large private swimming pool with outdoor shower and plenty of space to relax in the sun or in the shade. On summer evenings you can enjoy dinner outdoors under the large porch of the villa equipped with table and chairs for 18 people, sitting area and relaxing sofas to enjoy the sunset over the surrounding hills.
In the surrounding countryside there are numerous places where you can buy fresh vegetables and other local products.
Villa Lu is a beautiful independent holiday home with private pool on the hills of Pesaro, just 4 km from the sea of about 600 square meters on three levels.

at guests' disposal the large, completely fenced park that surrounds the whole villa where we have barbeque, several realx corners with sitting areas, benches, tables and fountains, 5x10 mt swimming pool with sun loungers, tables, benches and cushions, umbrella, fully equipped porch with table dining room for 15 people, sofas and sitting areas.
