La Tranche sur Mer, town center, house with private enclosed terrace, at the end of a cul-de-sac, comprising on the ground floor a large room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dining room - living room, toilet and shower. Upstairs, a corridor leads to 3 bedrooms: 1 with a 140cm bed and the other 2 with 2 90cm beds, a toilet and a bathroom with washbasin and bathtub. 2 private parking spaces. Ideal location 100m from the beach and 350m from the town center.

The rear facade of the neighboring building is a passageway giving access to luxury apartments, which does not affect the sunny aspect of the property.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
